I’m thrilled to officially welcome Wispr to the Notable family!

Voice is one of the most natural ways we communicate as humans yet for decades, our interactions with technology have been anything but natural. We’ve been confined to keyboards and screens, even though speaking is faster, richer, and more intuitive.

But thanks to LLMs, we finally have the foundation to make voice the dominant interface for technology.

Over the past year, our team at Notable has spent a lot of time exploring voice AI and I’ve personally become obsessed with the space. We have now reached the tipping point with the technology where  we can now turn everyday speech into structured, meaningful action. It’s a new era where we can talk to our tools, not just through them.

When I met the Wispr team, it immediately stood out as the company - and the founders - who could make this future real. Not only are they working with some of the most cutting edge customers (like Clay, Perplexity, Replit, Superhuman and many more), Tanay Kothari and Sahaj Garg are the kind of people you want building it: ambitious, thoughtful, and relentless.

As someone who spends most of my day communicating (emails, Slack, writing, brainstorming for content) Wispr Flow has completely changed how I work. I now speak my thoughts instead of typing them, and it’s unlocked a new level of creativity and clarity. Speaking lowers the barrier to getting started, makes anything I write sound more like me, and make email feel fun again (when’s the last time you could say that?). I wanted to share a few of the magical moments I experience daily with Wispr Flow.

If you’ve ever had an aha moment with technology you know you can’t imagine the world before it and I must say I cannot go back to working without Wispr Flow. I just crossed my 35-week streak and have created the equivalent of a book’s worth of content by talking through Flow.

What excites me most is the scale of the opportunity: redefining how humans interact with technology. And while Wispr Flow feels effortless as a user, under the hood the team is doing an enormous amount of complex work and cutting-edge research to make that simplicity possible. Rather than just turning audio into raw text, Wispr Flow runs a fast pipeline of speech and language models that blend what you say, what’s on your screen, and the edits you naturally make. That’s what enables it to generate polished, structured text that actually sounds like you. We couldn’t be more excited to partner with them on this journey.
